New Year's resolutions

 

2014 is coming to an end and we have a New Year ahead.

 

In these days most of us are making resolutions.

Maybe we should devote more time to things that make us happier, it might mean more time with friends and family, more time for a hobby, get fit...or maybe we need some grow in our personal life by learning something new or fixing something that isn't working properly. 

 

But, why we don't fulfill our purposes?. The problem is that we usually make abstract resolutions that aren't easy to carry on. When we set a goal or we make a resolution, we must specify what action we will take out in order to get it. For instance, instead of saying  " I want to lose weight" , we should say "I'm going to eat healthier, I'm going to eat more vegetables and fruits and avoid sauces and bread"

 

Here are the 6 most important steps to set and achieve your goals:

 

  1. Choose a goal that is really important to you. 

       Weak desires bring weak results.  To achieve your goals you must be highly                      motivated.

 

  2.  Write down your purpose.

       The act of writing your goals down increases your chances of success, then keep                your notes where you can see them everyday.

 

  3.  Share your goals.

       You are more likely to reach your goals when you have your friends and family                support.

 

  4.  Visuslize yourself achieving the goal.

       How will your life be once you get your goal?.

 

  5.  Schedule some action.

       Figure out what you need to do to accomplish your targets, then take action

 

  6.  Review your overall progress regularly.

 

  On top of that, if you want to make 2015 a happier year, without any doubt, the best way is by working in your relationships. Strong relationships are the key to a happier life.
